The spiraling costs of production downtime, coupled with the increasing demands of customers means that a fast repair requires the minimum amount of welding and machining, this can make a tremendous difference to your business.

In this field we have established ourselves to be one of the fastest, most efficient companies in dealing with your demands and requests. Laser welding has almost no heat sink across all materials, with hardnesses up to 62RC achievable. Small inserts and tools up to 10 Ton can be welded with spot sizes from 0.2mm.

Prototypes, pre-production and small batch work is also undertaken in all materials.
